Do you know someone who never leaves their house? I know I do. The question is, how have these individuals been vaccinated and why is it important? Let’s find out! As for today’s guest, I’m excited to have business owner and Pharmacist Dr. Crystal Beal with us. In this episode, we’ll discuss what made her go into pharmacy, the different routes a pharmacist can take in their career, and what YOU need to know regarding your medication; what you need to look for, and a behind the scenes look at the process! So, let’s get into the interview with pharmacist Dr. Crystal Beal.
A bit about our guest: Dr. Crystal Beal attended undergraduate school at Clayton State University and pharmacy school at The University of Georgia. She was even inducted into Phi Lambda Sigma Pharmacy Leadership Society in recognition of her service efforts. She currently works as a Pharmacist Consultant for a major PBM (Pharmacy benefit managers, or PBMs, are companies that manage prescription drug benefits on behalf of health insurers) while running her own clean beauty business through Beautycounter.
